The challenge

What you will do
We are looking for a Learning Manager who will join the HR team.
Main Activities:
- Responsibility for the implementation of a new digital tool
- Design and create training courses for the entire company population, with a European responsibility
- Creation of offline and online content (online courses, training, classroom presentations, ad hoc tools)
- Identification of: individual and collective KPIs; KPIs related to projects
- Management of monitoring reports on the progress of the tool
- Monitoring of the results obtained by trainees, creation of reports in order to capitalize and disseminate results and increase effectiveness and efficiency.
What you need to succeed
- Degree
- At least 7 years in the role of Learning Manager in international companies;
- Ability to interface with HRBP and HR Manager of each business line;
- Excellent ability to conceive and design online training;
- Knowledge of the main IT tools, in particular Office Package, Power Point, Learning Linkedin, EDCAST, Raven 360 and platforms for presentations;
- Competence and experience in attraction activities, Employer Branding and Assessment projects.
- Analysis of training gaps and company training needs, management of budgets, reporting and forecasts.
- Excellent knowledge of English and knowledge of social networks and technological trends;
- The knowledge of WORKDAY is preferable
- Energetic, proactive and with a sense of urgency, excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leaderhip and organization;
