**What will you do in our team?**

**The Junior Financial Analyst **is part of the **EMEA FP&A Finance **team and focus his activity on Sales, Orders, Margin analysis, and reporting. Working in collaboration with Commercial Operations, Finance and Product Offering you will be responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining Sales Orders Dashboards and periodical reporting. You will be involved in the preparation of weekly reviews, reading data, making connections and investigations to provide meaningful insights. This represents a great opportunity for a talented individual with a strong analytical background to develop a significant experience in a Business Analysis career within a large corporate organization.

We are looking for a colleague to join our team in **Italy **, **Bologna's office **. The role requires on-site presence.

**What kind of work will you be doing?**
- Ensure data integrity with check and balance of the Business Intelligence tool (Power BI) taking the necessary steps to correct any errors and maintain high level of accuracy.
- Participate in data model definition, development, and technical testing.
- Release standard and custom financial reports on a periodical basis.
- Support on-demand business analysis projects.
- Regularly update a share repository with available reports and manage user access, maintain a library of model documentation, templates, and other reusable knowledge assets.

**What will make you successful?**
- University degree, preferably Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of previous practical experience, advantage for analytical activities.
- Good communication skills - able to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Understanding of main finance parameters.
- Basic knowledge of database management.
- Fluent English.
