For more information, visit: Pricing Specialist: To strengthen the internal structure of our Industrial Applications and Plants Division at our Monza HQ, we are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join the Marketing and Business Intelligence Department.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pricing Management by Product Line Define and monitor the Corporate Pricing Strategy for each product line. Develop dynamic pricing models that account for fluctuations in production, energy, logistics, and sales costs, alongside detailed market index analysis. Monitor and forecast price trends per product line across different geographies to support local organizations and drive market actions. Market Analysis & Business Intelligence Conduct systematic competitive analysis regarding market share, production capacity, price trends, and competitor positioning. Monitor commodity indices and industrial macro-trends affecting the demand for technical gases. Support market analysis aimed at market development and new investment opportunities. Manage and analyze prospect project data. Requirements: Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Controlling, or Market Analysis. Experience in the industrial gases, chemical, or energy sectors is considered a significant plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in Cost-Plus and Value-Based Pricing models. Strong financial analysis skills (P&L, margin analysis, cost structure analysis, etc.). Advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Visualization tools (Power BI). Soft Skills Analytical approach with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic vision and proactivity in solving complex problems. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages (French, German, or other regional languages) is highly valued.
