We are seeking a **passionate, like-minded **Program Manager to join our team with a focus on co-ordinating activities between multiple projects across Voyages in all locations and across all areas of operation, giving detailed attention to overall program strategy, project delegation, and project implementation.

**Your key role will see you**:

- Establish and implement a simple and effective Project Delivery Framework and strategy, setting objectives, overseeing projects, managing people, setting and meeting budgets and analysing data.
- Oversee multiple interconnected projects, digital transformations, and systems implementations across Voyages.
- Advise and guide project owners and stakeholders on working with vendors, selecting systems, scoping projects and delivering effectively for the business.
- Lead a internal stakeholders to deliver projects under the Project Delivery Framework.
- For each project (and for the wider project program) identify who is responsible for what and help everyone collaborate in a way that maximizes operational efficiency.
- **Communication**:

- clearly express to all stakeholders what their responsibilities are and provide a vision for what they are working to accomplish that everyone can understand and deliver on.
- **Co-ordination**:

- make sure all internal and external stakeholders work together effectively.
- **Reporting**:

- provide clear and effective project, program and Executive reporting on a regular basis so clear visibility is available on project status, progress and priorities across the program.
- Ensures the overall projects program stays aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.

**You will have**:

- Strong experience in rolling out successful digital transformations and system implementations in a complex business environment
- Extensive experience establishing transformation and business orientated programs of work
- Project Management Certification (Prince 2 / PMP)
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar Project Management role
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Planning, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues with complexity and guide others in the resolution of problems
- Graduate, bachelor degree as a minimum
- Travel to operational locations is required
