**Contenuto della Posizione**

Il/la stagista sarà inserito/a nella nuova struttura di Operational Design Control and Resilience all’interno del dipartimento del Chief Operating Officer, e avrà l’obiettivo di monitorare, reportizzare e modificare il piano di verifica efficacia dei controlli interni, in conformità con le linee guida fornite dal gruppo di coordinamento di casa madre, con il quale si interfaccerà regolarmente durante riunioni ricorrenti.

Sarà quindi incaricato di automatizzare la reportistica relativa.

**Obiettivi formativi**:
Il/la stagista, nel percorso di stage, avrà modo di apprendere:

- Pianificazione e monitoraggio del piano annuale di verifica dei controlli.
- Individuazione di operatività ripetitiva e conseguente creazione di automatismi
- Conoscenza dei principali tool di gestione dei rischi
- Logiche dei principali Key Performance Indicator
- Individuazione di azioni correttive per rispettare i treshold
- Gestione escalations
- Attuazione di piani di rimedio

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche: Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica, Economia
- Conoscenza pacchetto Office
- Ottima conoscenza Excel e macro e routine VBA
- Gradite competenze di Coding
- Gradita conoscenza Sharepoint, MS Teams, PowerAutomate
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Capacità analitiche e organizzative
- Curiosità e volontà di apprendere
- Spiccate doti di comunicazione e relazionali
- Intraprendenza e lavoro di squadra
