**Young Platform **is a FinTech startup based in Turin that aims to become a smart digital bank natively focused on new digital services.

We are looking for a **Product Manager** to join our growing Product team to help us build the next generation of Web3 products. You will work closely with a team of talented and enthusiastic Product Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers based all over Italy.

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for solving our customers’ problems, discovering new opportunities, and delivering together with the team a lovable and seamless experience for our customers across Europe owning features and products lifecycle from the discovery to the go-live.

**In particular you will be responsible for the following activities**:

- Lead product opportunities from discovery to delivery, collaborating with research, engineering, data, product partners, and stakeholders to bring your vision for an engaging customer experience to life.
- Embrace our culture of product experimentation by working with product and data partners to A/B test design solutions. Advocate for the customer at all stages of experimentation by incorporating qualitative research insights.
- Benchmark and test product growth strategies (including pricing, CRO, and referral).
- Establish the vision for a product or a group of products based on the value we can provide.
- Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
- Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
- Develop product roadmaps, prioritize and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and Leadership/Executive teams.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health.
- Experience building/leading/developing/working on consumer products.
- Be familiar with product growth strategies.
- Proactive attitude, growth and can-do mindset, and ability to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining highly complex topics and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong ability to define KPIs and meet company OKRs.
- A conceptual and human-centered problem solver. Someone who seeks to understand people’s needs, motivations and behaviors - in order to translate them into impactful results.
- A team player who enjoys working with a diverse team, delivering measurable results, and who has the desire to always be learning.
- A keen interest in Web3 and fintech industry.
- Fluent English.
