**Social Media Manager**:
HSPI S.p.A, a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, in order to expand and strengthen the staff of the Rome office, is looking for resources to be placed in the role of Social Media Manager.

The resource will be included in a multidisciplinary work team and will be responsible for information and communication activities on the social networks manned.

**Main responsibilities**:
Coordinate the design and management service of institutional social channels, assisted by a junior figure and graphic designers and videomakers;
Oversee the animation strategy of the virtual communities on the main social media, consistent with the guidelines defined by the Institution;
Interface with the Institute's contact persons to give and receive support in identifying issues of interest;
Monitor performance data related to social networks;
Coordinate the activities of editors engaged on social content;
Evaluate the progress of the digital marketplace and best practices to identify new trends, insights for innovation and improvement in social media;
Process of data and information that characterize the activities of the institution (e.g., open data channel), producing detailed and summary reports for dissemination of the same to the media or other institutions, entities, external national and international agencies;
Oversee the production of audio/video materials and services to be published for information purposes on the social channels manned.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of the main tools for monitoring, analyzing institutional exposure and measuring the effectiveness of social actions and initiatives;
Knowledge of mechanisms for simplifying language and public communication;
Prior experience in the role of at least 2 years;
Bachelor's degree in Communication Theory and Technology, Communication Sciences and Sociocultural Animation, Digital Communication, Web and Multimedia Technologies or related disciplines;
Specialization in Publishing and Multimedia Communication, Information and Editorial Systems, Public and Institutional Communication or related disciplines;
Registration as a journalist, publicist or professional;
Good knowledge of English and perfect knowledge of both spoken and written Italian.

Complete the profile excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, flexibility and a strong orientation toward teamworking and achieving results.
