HiRevo è la Business Unit dedicata a trasformare il talento dei Candidati specializzati in percorsi professionali di successo, valore per le Aziende ed evoluzione per il mercato del lavoro. Nata nel 2014 con 12 consulenti, oggi conta quasi 200 consulenti presenti su tutto il territorio nazionale.
**Di cosa ti occuperai**:
**Sarai responsabile in particolare di**:
- definire le esigenze ed individuare la migliore soluzione di servizio
- gestire i colloqui di valutazione
- proporre attivamente i migliori profili intercettati
**Le skills richieste sono**:
- Laurea preferibilmente in materie umanistico-economiche
- Spiccato interesse per il mondo della ricerca e selezione
- Esperienza in ruoli consulenziali in ambito HR
Valuteremo favorevolmente anche la competenza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di valutazione come testistica ed assessment center.
E’ importante che tu abbia una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, data la dimensione anche internazionale dell’azienda, e un ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto office.
