JUNIOR TRAINING PROJECT COORDINATOR_STAGE

La risorsa sarà inserita in una realtà dinamica e strutturata, gestendo le attività interaziendali nel campo della formazione manageriale.
Avrà come compito principale quello di affiancare i colleghi nell'organizzazione e la gestione operativa di attività legate a eventi, corsi, webinar, corsi di formazione.
In particolare, il ruolo si traduce nelle segue aree di attività:
gestione iscrizioni e conferme
preparazione materiale didattico,
allestimento aule,
accoglienza e gestione partecipanti e relatori,
rilevazione customer satisfaction finale dell’iniziative e tutoraggio d’aula.

Requisiti richiesti
Laurea anche in corso in Scienze dell'Educazione / scienze della Formazione e Sviluppo delle Risorse Umane / laurea umanistica
Preferita esperienza pregressa, anche in stage, in ruoli similari
Fondamentale essere persone precise, organizzate, dinamiche, flessibili, curiose e pro attive
Buon utilizzo del pc, in particolare del pacchetto Office
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)

**Si offre**:
stage iniziale di 6 mesi con prospettiva futura
- Disponibilità full time lun/ven dalle 9 alle 18, e disponibilità a piccole trasferte
- rimborso spese di 800 euro + ticket
