Valentino SpA is looking for a BUSINESS HR SPECIALIST to be hired with a FIXED TERM CONTRACT.

The Business HR Specialist plays a crucial role in providing specialized support to the HR Business Partner team in delivering effective HR solutions to the organization.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with business colleagues and stakeholders, providing support on HR-related matters.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance and talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs, partnering with centers of expertise.
Provide support in handling employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Support change management initiatives within the organization, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
Assist in the maintenance and administration of the HRIS system, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.
Support colleague engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies, providing support in audits and investigations as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 1/2 years of previous HR experience in similar roles
Proficient use of MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
Proactivity, flexibility, and good communication skills
Passion for fashion and luxury industry
