Operiamo fuori Campania, maggiormente in centro Italia, con trasferte settimanali. Abbiamo sede a Giugliano (NA) e a Parete (CE) La figura che ricerchiamo si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni: - Conduzione di un cantiere edile - Gestione in cantiere della corretta disciplina delle norme di sicurezza e corretta archiviazione di tutta la parte documentale (D.lgs 81\08....pos, duvri, dvr, documenti operai, subappaltatori ect ) - Conduzione degli operai a lui affidati, disciplina, orari trasferte ect ect. - Gestione técnica delle lavorazioni e della tenuta documentale della parte amministrativa del cantiere( ad esempio accettazioni materiali, documenti di acquisti e vendite ect) - Ricerca ed individuazione di fornitori, subappaltatori, manodopera, sevizi ect - Gestione e redazione contabilità, programma lavori e altri atti tecnici, amministrativi e commerciali legati al cantiere (ad esempio concordamento prezzi, varianti ect con la committenza) - Gestione rapporti con la committenza, dd.ll, rup e cse Cerchiamo persone motivate e "formate", si prega di astenersi privi di esperienza. Si offre e si chiede massima serietà Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato Retribuzione: €2.200,00 - €2.600,00 al mese Benefit: - Cellulare aziendale Disponibilità: - Dal lunedì al venerdì - Turno diurno Requisito linguistico flessibile: - Italiano non richiesto Retribuzione supplementare: - Quattordicesima - Tredicesima Esperienza: - geometra: 10 anni (Obbligatorio) Disponibilità a viaggiare: - 50% (Obbligatorio)
