**Role: Network Support Engineer**

**Location: Florence, Italy**

**Type: Permanent**

Italian and English speaking

Technical experience is required to assist with onsite hardware installations and replacement (network devices and servers)

Technical experience with network configuration is preferred

Network Activities and Asset Migration phase - Work with project team on network activities such as switch installations, device initializations, identifying required ports, giving remote access where applicable, changing IP addresses, troubleshooting activities, etc. as well as asset migration activities with the business.

OT Project Team Engagement - Work closely with the OT project manager/team to understand the project tasks and communicate risks impacting the timelines.

Onsite Coordination - Assist with the coordination of onsite tasks (i.e. network tasks, asset migration, etc.) where required with business.

Goods Receipt Tracking - Assist with receiving and storing of goods received at the sites.

Fiber Cabling Activities - Assist in engagement with vendor where needed and communicating any issues impacting the timelines.

Operation Request Support - Where required, support OT Security Architect with engaging with business to collect technical requirements for support-related issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: €40,000.00 - €50,000.00 per year
