HR - COST CONTROLLING - FASHION - LUXURY

Per conto di un nostro cliente, prestigiosa realtà operante nel settore Fashion - Luxury, siamo alla ricerca di un HR Cost Controlling per l’Head Quarter del gruppo a Milano centro.

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Responsabile del team Global HR Operations, lavorando trasversalmente su diverse regioni e divisioni, coordinerà i processi globali di pianificazione e controllo delle risorse umane, nel rispetto della normativa locale, delle politiche di gruppo e rispettando il budget assegnato.
Nello specifico, avrà il compito di collettare e consolidare i dati relativi ai costi del lavoro e del personale a livello mondiale, supportando il Responsabile del team nella predisposizione del budget, del forecast e nell’attività di chiusura di bilancio mensile. La risorsa, dunque, fornirà la corretta reportistica periodica relativa ai costi del lavoro per regione, canale e divisione.
Inoltre, sarà responsabile del monitoraggio dei KPI relativi alle Risorse Umane, fornendo supporto nella definizione di nuovi processi strategici relativi alla preparazione di analisi dettagliate volte all’innovazione e al miglioramento.
