What you'll need to have

Lead and coach in the market to optimise and develop the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints as well as promoting IKEA as a great place to work.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics or Food Technical that requires

extensive quantitative knowledges;
- Analytical skills;
- Strong Customer and Sales oriented;
- Global and national business direction;
- Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines
- Self-reliant and self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as

well as independently;
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point);
- Good English level (at least B2);
- Passion for food: since you will spend some hours in store doing operational food

activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the IKEA Food business solutions development and maintenance;
- Support the implementation of new IKEA Food business solutions;
- Support the IKEA Retail Food service office team by create, consolidate and deliver

IKEA Food reports ;
- Contributes to the IKEA Retail Food business plan, focusing on administration and

IKEA Food business solutions;
- Discover the IKEA Food Function, to guarantee the best Food services to our

clients.

Place of working: Carugate (MI) - Head Quarter.

Duration: Full-time internship (40 hours per week) lasting 6 months. At the end of the internship, after a positive performances evaluation, an insertion in apprenticeship or with a one-year contract will follow.
