Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Steering the strategic sourcing endeavors to ensure timely acquisition and seamless integration of Supplier provided materials. Leading long term documentation plan to foster business continuity, enhance operational efficiency, and drive profitability by aligning deliverables with organizational goals.

As a Documentation Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing documentation completeness and timeliness aligning with customer due dates.
- Supporting Fulfillment Procurement team for MDR (Material Data Record) and TRS (Technical Regulation and Standard) documentation.
- Collaborating with key suppliers for operational improvement plans.
- Partnering with various teams to achieve common business objectives.
- Ensuring stakeholder visibility and prevent project roadblocks.
- Owning specific sourcing KPI's/tools, contribute to supplier scorecard maintenance.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance.
- Have experience in Sourcing, Operations, or Commercial roles.
- Be proficient in MS Office, exceptional leadership skills.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
- Be results orientated, proactive problem solver, and a team player.
