**MEDICAL AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE Ematologia**

da inserire, a TEMPO INDETERMINATO, a diretto riporto del Therapeutic Area Medical Manager nella Direzione Medical Affairs.

Questo Dipartimento gestisce la progettazione e l’implementazione di tutti i progetti di Medical Affairs, locali e internazionali, relativi all’Area Terapeutica di competenza, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti e delle policies aziendali.

Il Medical Affairs Associate (MAA) che collabora come riferimento medico-scientifico per i prodotti dell’Area terapeutica di competenza, ha la responsabilità delle seguenti attività:
SUPPORTO ALLE ATTIVITA’ DI RICERCA CLINICA interventistica/non interventistica, locale e internazionale, correlate alla clinica dell’area terapeutica di competenza, assicurando la conformità a ICH-GCP, Standard Operating Procedures e policies aziendali e il rispetto delle normative vigenti e dei tempi e costi previsti.

In questo ambito, il MAA collabora nel valutare la fattibilità strategico-scientifica di ogni singolo progetto; nell’ assicurare l’appropriata gestione scientifica degli studi Medical Affairs, inclusi gli aspetti di sicurezza dei prodotti; supporta la pianificazione dei tempi e delle modalità degli studi clinici, la cui esecuzione è affidata al Dipartimento (GCO) che segue la realizzazione di tali studi; supporta la comunicazione dei risultati di ricerca (report clinici, pubblicazioni, convegni, Investigator’s meeting).

CONTRIBUTO e SUPPORTO MEDICO-SCIENTIFICO alle aree di business, assicurando la conformità alle Standard Operating Procedures e policies aziendali e il rispetto delle normative vigenti.

In questo ambito, il MAA contribuisce ad organizzare le attività di training scientifico a beneficio della Field Force, a gestire e coordinare l’informazione e la comunicazione scientifica ai medici per le aree di propria competenza (es: allestimento di documentazione scientifica, preparazione di simposi, gestione eventi di Medical Education), a verificare il contenuto scientifico di tutti i progetti di ricerca derivanti da proposte interne o esterne alla Direzione Medical Affairs; supporta la verifica i contenuti tecnico-scientifici afferenti alle attività e ai materiali promozionali e degli stampati di prodotto (scheda técnica, foglio illustrativo); collabora nella revisione o nel redigere la documentazione scientifica a fini regolatori (expert report; clinical study report; ecc.) e di HEMAR (Health Economics, Market Access and Reimbursment).

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Titolo di studio: Laurea in discipline scientifiche

Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni nel Medical Affairs di realtà farmaceutiche strutturate. L’esperienza in ematologia-oncologica sarà un elemento preferenziale.

Conoscenze linguistiche: Inglese livello fluente.

Conoscenze informatiche:
Pacchetto Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)

Flessibilità, proattività, orientamento all’obiettivo e business acumen saranno considerate caratteristiche preferenziali.
