**Per prestigiosa azienda ricerchiamo**:
1 CUSTOMER SERVICE
La risorsa all’interno del team customer service si occuperà di:
- Verifica clienti (es. anagráfica cliente)
- Creazione delle offerte clienti nel sistema informatico
- Controllo degli accordi presi alla stesura dell‘ordine (secondo offerta, contratti, ecc);
- Creazione di ordini e conferme d’ordine clienti nel sistema informatico;
- Verifica digitalizzazione e gestione CMR/bolle;
- Verificabanca dati clienti, in modo strutturato per la raccolta dei dati e secondo le esigenze dei reporting;
- Gestione delle chiamate in ingresso.
- Inserimento e gestione delle chiamate per Assistenza técnica nel sistema SAP.
Si richiedono
Pregressa esperienza in attività analoga anche breve, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Il profilo ideale è in possesso di Diploma o Laurea Triennale;
Completano il profilo buona adattabilità, capacità di lavorare in team, precisione e predisposizione all'apprendimento.
Si offre contratto iniziale in somministrazione con possibilità di assunzione in azienda
