We are searching for an **IT Network Change Manager** to be responsible for leading the change management function for the IT network of a global eyewear company. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing change management processes and strategies to ensure that IT changes are successful and minimize impact on the business. **Responsibilities**: - Review and improve existing change management processes and practices - Develop and implement new change management processes and strategies - Build a system of KPIs and insights to measure the success of change management initiatives - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of change management principles and practices - Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals - Build a cohesive and collaborative team environment **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience in change management - Strong understanding of IT network architecture and technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Languages: English and Italian >=B2 Location**:full remote** Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Benefit: - Buoni pasto - Cellulare aziendale - Computer aziendale Orario: - Dal lunedì al venerdì Tipi di retribuzione supplementare: - Quattordicesima - Tredicesima
