Assistant Work Supervisor

F&M Ingegneria is looking for an **Assistant Work Supervisor** to be placed at a construction site in La Spezia.
The professional will be in charge of the following activities: site office management; work accounting; administrative activities; countering any company reserves; coordinating the preparation of any variant reports; keeping the work logbook, convening and participating in site meetings, drafting reports, assisting with site tests and inspections, site controls on works and works in progress and, more generally, any activities to assist the Work Supervisor; coordinating variant projects during construction requested by the Client and assisting in the drafting of variant reports; quality control of materials.
The professional will have to ensure a fixed presence on site of at least 1 day/week in the first months of collaboration and thereafter according to the needs of the site.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or degree in architecture, or surveyor diploma;
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the same job;
- Good knowledge of software: Primus, Autocad and Office package;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Immediate availability.
