Altre funzioni possono essere assegnate. - Modellare la cultura del servizio e l'esperienza del cliente. - Mantenere tutti gli standard relativi alla merce e ai set da pavimento - Rimanere aggiornati sulla conoscenza del prodotto e sulle storie del marchio UA attraverso la partecipazione attiva a tutte le sessioni di formazione: essere un "ambasciatore del marchio". - Garantire la conformità a tutte le politiche e procedure UA. - Fornire un feedback tempestivo e costruttivo allo Store Manager e all'Assistente Store Manager in tutti gli aspetti di operazioni di negozio. - Soddisfare e superare tutti gli obiettivi e le metriche di performance del team e individuali. - Mostrare un atteggiamento professionale e positivo e possedere eccezionali capacità interpersonali. **Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**: Per svolgere il lavoro con successo, un individuo dovrebbe dimostrare le seguenti competenze: Problem Solving - Identifica e risolve i problemi in modo tempestivo; Raccoglie e analizza le informazioni abilmente; Sviluppa soluzioni alternative;Lavora bene in situazioni di problem solving in gruppo; Usa la ragione anche quando affrontare temi emotivi. Servizio clienti - Gestisce situazioni difficili o emotive dei clienti; Risponde prontamente alle esigenze del cliente;sollecita il feedback dei clienti per migliorare il servizio; Risponde alle richieste di servizio e assistenza. Abilità interpersonali - Si concentra sulla risoluzione dei conflitti, non sul biasimo; Mantiene la riservatezza; Rimane aperto agli altri ed alle altrui idee,sperimenta cose nuove.
