Siamo alla ricerca di un Analyst nel settore Environmental per l’esecuzione di attività inerenti la stesura di rapporti relativi a progetti di Due Diligence e Audit ambientali Fase I e II.

Day-to-day responsabilities:

- Attività di due diligence immobiliare con particolare specializzazione agli ambiti ambientali di fase I (approvvigionamento Idrico, scarichi, emissioni, suolo/sottosuolo, gestione materiali potenzialmente pericolosi, rifiuti, ecc).
- Attività di pianificazione e gestione della fase di campionamento, analisi e ambientali di fase II - gestione di materiali potenzialmente pericolosi (ACM e MMVF), Programma di Controllo e Manutenzione ai sensi del D.M. 6/9/94;
- Attività di pianificazione e gestione di Indagini preliminari Ambientali suolo/sottosuolo ed acque sotterranee.

Riporto diretto al responsabile di funzione ed interfaccia con i referenti dei clienti per l’esecuzione delle attività assegnate.

Essential traits:

- Laurea specialistica preferibilmente in Ingegneria Ambientale, Geologia;
- Conoscenza ed applicazione del Lgs. 152/06, DPR 120/07, DM 05/09/98; D.M. 6/9/94; D.Lgs 101/2020 ed in generale della normativa inerente tematiche ambientali;
- Conoscenza base D.lgs. 81/08 ed eventuali abilitazioni quali ad esempio corso di formazione per lavori in quota e DPI anticaduta ecc. ecc;
- Esperienza lavorativa nel campo fino a 2 anni;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; e di altri eventuali software (a titolo indicativo AutoCAD).
