- Welcoming every guest with authentic and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for their stay.
- Being the friendly face that engage in conversations with first time guests, offering them a brief visit of the lobby area and information on hotel services.
- Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.
