In Italy, Janssen-Cilag SpA is looking for a **JUNIOR** **PRODUCT MANAGER IMMUNOLOGY (gastroenterology) **to be hired with a FIXED TERM CONTRACT (12 months), reporting to the **Product Manager Immunology**.
- Contributing to the overall development of a local brand strategy defining a Marketing Plan;
- Supporting Hiring Manager in activities related to CVT (Country Value Team)
- Leveraging on the patient journey to identifies the value pools and bring solutions
- Developing promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies;
- Contributing to the analysis of market trends and identifying opportunities and threats;
- Identifying motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding of external environment and competitive dynamics;
- Engaging with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels;
- Interacting with Field Force to deeply understand customer needs and provides solutions;
- Contributing to planning of product plans;
- Supporting the usage of CRM system to communicate with clients and to promote our product.

**Qualifications** Academic & Professional Background**:

- University degree in Life Sciences or Business Management; Master’s degree in marketing and/or Healthcare and/or Digital Marketing management is a plus;
- Experience in Pharma industry in Product Management roles is highly preferred
- Experience in Immunology therapeutic area is preferred

**Language Knowledge**: Fluent in English

This position is located in Cologno Monzese (Milano) and could require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.
