What you’ll do:

- You will join the team of IT Operations and in particular in the business / management IT Operations Project Management reporting directly to IT Operations Program Manager;
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the supervision of the E2E process of infrastructure set up performed by technical teams, from requirements gathering to post go live support, and in the budget management process.

Who you are:

- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management role;
- You have a degree in the fields of Computer Science, Engineering or Economics;
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point);
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You are an excellent communicator and confortable managing multiple tasks. Collaborative, results oriented, with problem-solving and attention to details attitude;
- You know how to develop detailed project plans, to ensure resource availability and allocation, to monitor progress and to report/escalate to management as needed, to mantain documentation, to manage risks and changes in order to deliver every project on time within budget and scope.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in IT projects related to infrastructure set up both on premise and cloud, budgeting and cloud cost management (FinOps); Basic knowledge of Service Now. PMP/Prince 2 certification is a plus.
