**Posizione**:
**Join us as a Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator** **, supporting the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects for our Assuris Business Line.**

Intertek's Assuris helps clients in highly regulated industries achieve local, regional and international compliance through in-depth international regulatory knowledge combined with decades of practical experience in chemical-related regulations.

Working as part of the marketing team, you will help deliver the agreed marketing plans. You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid manner but must be willing to work in US/Canada timezones to effectively support global teams.

**Responsabilities**:
Your role will include activities as follows:

- Improve the design and content, drive traffic, and enhance the overall user experience of the website
- Lead discussions with technical experts to develop and improve website content and messaging
- Manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search results
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website
- Track and analyze KPI trends related to website conversion and lead generation
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies and content to improve presence
- Plan and deliver content across different platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter)
- Monitor, track and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement, drive leads, and recommend improvement strategies to increase performance
- Educate new and existing employees on social media best practices and promote its use within the company
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

**Requisiti**:

- Degree/Diploma or certification in Web, Social Media, or Digital Design
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- A results-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker
- The ability to both establish strategic direction and also execute
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation and the ability to analyze campaigns
- Independent enough to complete tasks on time, every time
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Flexibility to work in US/Canada timezones to effectively support global teams
