We're on a mission to design and deliver experiences worth living and sharing, through rewriting the rules of the travel industry. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are opening a new position that will help us accelerate innovation and the creation of new products and services that deliver significant value to our customers and suppliers. As _Product Innovation Manager_ you will sit at the heart of our business, report directly to the CEO and work autonomously across all our functions to help us scale our innovation efforts. **What you'll do**: - You will be reporting directly to the CEO while working closely with other internal and external stakeholders depending on product innovations; - You understand our competitors and customers needs, have a sense of where the market is heading and ensure new product innovations are aligned with such trends; - You develop multiple hypothesis-driven product evaluation strategies and roadmap plans aligned with our business strategy; - You bring innovation into our internal processes to maximize scalability; - You are responsible for preparing and presenting business cases to support the development and launch of new products and services; - You have a digital focus, and understand our company technology stack at a high level, for the broader product; - You manage product without direct supervision, involving manager or other senior leaders only when appropriate; - You are highly effective at cross functional resources planning and project management; - In short: you have the end-to-end responsibility for adding new products for our customers including: - idea generation and evaluation - Market analysis and product strategy - Product development and design - Launch and operationalisation **What we’re looking for**: - You are highly collaborative and experienced in working across multiple functions; - You effectively create buy in and support from internal and external stakeholders to successfully push through new product initiatives; - You have a background of working in an innovation team with focus on agile product development; - You are an autonomous worker and have led and managed complex, large scale projects across functions; - You can take a step back, and think strategic with a strong analytical mindset; you identify new product innovations, analyze the current situation and identify new future trends; - You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload when multiple projects are on the go; - You have a digital background and bring experience working in the tourism or hospitality industry.  **You will love working at WeRoad if**: - You are ambitious, want to build and be part of something huge, growing faster than you thought was possible; - You love travel and want to join a young, smart, and fun team of people who love it, too; - You prefer adventure instead of daily routine and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; - You are an entrepreneur at heart and a self-starter and aren't afraid to take on a lot of responsibility, right from the start; - You welcome feedback and see mistakes as stepping stones to success **What we can offer** - ** A free WeRoad trip **every year to the destination of your choice.
