What you will do

For the Finance, Planning & Analysis Department of our HQ based in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for a FP&A Specialist.- Engagement in the preparation of Monthly Managerial Reporting to Top Management, Group corporate and related stakeholders- Support in the preparation of Monthly presentations to stakeholders, by collecting data and information from different departments, comparing data and trends, preparing key indicators charts and analysis ensuring alignment to corporate objectives.- Involvement in continuous improvement projects;- Support on Actual and Planning processes, ensuring proper alignment among different scenarios and reliability on numbers;- Collaboration with other departments to perform ad-hoc analysis.

What you need to succeed

Must have
- Education:_ Bachelor's degree
- Professional Experience_: +5 Years Experience in FP&A, Controlling or Consulting companies
- Technical Skills:_
- Advanced in Excel/Powerpoint
- Power BI / VBA-Programming Knowledge
- Micrososft Access knowledge is a plus
- Oracle EPM suite knowledge (Smartview/Essbase) is a plus
- ThinkCell knowledge is a plus
- Data scientist/new data analysis technology (e.g. AI or other) as desired characteristic
- Soft Skills:_
- Teamwork oriented, good communication skills and ability to work across functions.
- Business analytical mindset with strong attention to details.
- Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude
- Language_: Proficiency in English (both written and oral communication)
