**Descrizione generale**:
**Il Footwear Designer è responsabile della creazione e dello sviluppo di nuove collezioni di calzature, coniugando creatività, funzionalità e tendenze di mercato. Collabora con il team di sviluppo prodotto, marketing e produzione per trasformare idee e concetti in modelli di scarpe commercializzabili e innovativi.**

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Progettare collezioni di calzature (sportive, fashion, tecniche o casual) in linea con l’identità del brand e le richieste del mercato.
- Creare schizzi, disegni tecnici e rendering digitali dei modelli.
- Scegliere materiali, colori e finiture in collaborazione con il team sourcing.
- Collaborare con i team di sviluppo e produzione per garantire la fattibilità técnica dei prototipi.
- Monitorare le tendenze del settore, le innovazioni tecnologiche e le esigenze del consumatore.
- Partecipare a fiere, sfilate e ricerche di mercato per mantenere un alto livello di aggiornamento stilistico.
- Revisionare campioni e fornire feedback fino alla versione finale del prodotto.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea o diploma in Design della moda, Industrial Design o formazione equivalente.
- Esperienza pregressa nel design di calzature (minimo 2-3 anni, a seconda della posizione).
- Ottima conoscenza di software di progettazione (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhinoceros, 3D CAD, ecc.).
- Sensibilità estetica, creatività e conoscenza delle tendenze moda.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto scadenze strette.
- Conoscenza dei materiali e dei processi produttivi legati alla calzatura.

**Plus apprezzati**:

- Esperienza con software di modellazione 3D specifici per calzature.
- Competenze in prototipazione e sviluppo tecnico.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Italiana (scritta e parlata).

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €12.506,18 - €54.476,32 all'anno

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
