Our ownership is dedicated to the advancement of the club on and off the pitch, striving to create an innovative global football brand that empowers our community and acts as an ambassador for the city of Como, while providing an authentic Italian experience. **Location**: Como, Italy **Job Purpose**: Como 1907 is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Director of Integrated Marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies, including paid and owned channels. **Responsibilities**: - Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies spanning all channels. - Maximize ROI on paid marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams for engaging, uniform messaging. - Measure and analyze initiatives for data-driven optimization. - Explore innovative marketing opportunities and partnerships. - Keep a pulse on marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competition. - Manage relationships with advertising and media partners. - Hire and oversee a small marketing team. **Experience**: - 5-7 years of Marketing Experience with 3+ years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in managing multichannel marketing strategies. - Proficiency in marketing software and platforms. - Strong understanding of customer segmentation. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Passion for soccer and knowledge of the sports & entertainment industry. - Other duties as assigned. **Employment Type**: Full-time **Reporting Relationships**: The Director of Integrated Marketing will report to the Head of Marketing, Promotions and Ideation. **Working Conditions**: The position will require working some nights and weekends for events and match days. **Equal Opportunity Statement**: Como 1907 is an equal opportunity employer.
