General Role

The intern will gain some valuable HR experience while contributing to and supporting Hermès Italie workforce. In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:
Main responsibilities

**Training and Development**:

- Organize training sessions, including operational aspects such as transfers, hotel reservations, catering and the preparation of all the documents and materials needed
- Record and maintain attendance records
- Update internal database regarding the Training program and related reporting activities
- Support in managing the training sessions focused on Health& Safety

**Organization and Administration**:

- Maintain an up-to date and accurate staff records and filing system
- Monthly Update of the Company organization chart
- Support in internal communication projects: announcements, organizational communications, company newsletters, etc.
- Manage the HR databases and related reporting activities
- General support for recruiting activities if necessary
- Prepare all employment contracts and Internship Agreements
- Filing and arrangement of employee documents
- Assist in any ad hoc projects based on the needs of the Human Resources Department

Profile

**Profile**:

- Graduate HR and/or equivalent Master
- Previous experience in HR is required
- Strong computer, Microsoft Office, skills: in particular proficient with Excel
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Interest and enthusiasm for the fashion industry
- Very organized, rigorous and reliable, proactive and able to organize his/her work autonomously
- Very strong ethics and integrity
- Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
