**Die Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus e.V. (DZT)** ist das nationale „Tourist Board“ Deutschlands mit Hauptsitz in Frankfurt am Main. Sie bewirbt das Reiseland Deutschland im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK) und wird von diesem aufgrund eines Beschlusses des Deutschen Bundest ages gefördert. Für unsere Auslandsvertretung in Mailand suchen wir eine/einen **Marketing Manager (w/m/d)**

**Posizione**:
Aufgaben:

- Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Crossmedialen
- und Online
- Marketingaktionen unter der Führung des Leiters der AV
- Erstellen von Erfolgs
- und Wirkungskontrollen für alle Aktionen
- Akquisition von Partnern für Marketing Maßnahmen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops, Präsentationen und Events
- Kommunikation mit Nutzern und Kunden
- Aktuelle Trends und Themen recherchieren
- Analysen durchführen und regelmäßige Reportings erstellen
- Neue Plattformen testen.

**Requisiti**:
Anforderungen:

- Wir erwarten ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Tourismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikationund eine einschlägige Erfahrung mit touristischem Hintergrund.
- Sie sind kommunikativ, teamfähig, belastbar, engagiert und verfügen über sehr gute deutsche, englische und italienische Sprachkenntnisse. Konzeptions
- und Umsetzungsstärke gehören zu Ihren Qualitäten, genauso wie aktuelles Fachwissen über derzeitige Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich des digitalen Marketings. Fundierte fachliche Kenntnisse in der digitalen B2C-Kommunikation, im Influencer Marketing und Vertrieb, bzw.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie die sichere Anwendung von digitalen Tools sind Grundvoraussetzungen für Ihre erfolgreiche Arbeit bei der DZT.
