**The Role**

**Main activities**

The role pertains a series of recurring activities, listed below, plus any occasional design tasks in collaboration with the Comms team and any other corporate function that might need design support. Said support might include the design of both online and offline artworks for a wide target audience (e.g. B2B, B2C, internal).
- **Monthly newsletters update**

In collaboration with a copywriter, this activity pertains the update of the newsletters existing templates on a monthly basis. The newsletters are designed either on InDesign or on Mailchimp so proficiency on both software is a must.
- **Intranet update**

In collaboration with a copywriter, this activity pertains the update of the employees Intranet hosted on SharePoint. Full training on the use of the platform will be provided.

**Qualifications**

**Must have**:

- Masters or Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or similar.

**Nice to have**:

- An eye for marketing and communication.

**Skills/competencies**

**Software**:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp.

**Languages**:
Must have: Italian and english.

Nice to have: Portuguese and/or Spanish.

**Experience Required**

**Nice to have**:previous experience in a similar position.
