**Group Leader Assembly**
La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Manager Assembly, dovrà coordinare le risorse a lui affidate (circa 50 persone) al fine di garantire i principali obiettivi produttivi dati dalla direzione, in termini di qualità, volumi di produzione, produttività e livello di servizio.
La figura dovrà eseguire le seguenti attività e compiti principali:
- conduce il reparto nel rispetto dell’efficienza e dell’impiego ottimale delle risorse;
- applica i vincoli normativi e le direttive aziendali;
- gestisce il personale a lui affidato;
- assicura il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e prevenzione degli infortuni;
- garantisce l’applicazione ed il rispetto dei piani di autocontrollo e di gestione della qualità;
- gestisce le relazioni con gli altri reparti (logística, qualità, ingegneria di produzione) a fronte delle esigenze produttive;
- gestisce lo sviluppo dell’area affidata, lavorando sulla crescita delle proprie risorse.
- garantisce la corretta applicazione dei principi lean.
E’ richiesto l’ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto Office.
