**MAGROUP - Magnaghi Aeronautica,** an international manufacturing company with more than **80 years of experience** operating in the Ae**rospace sector,** is looking for a resource for its headquarters in **Naples** to be included within the **Institutional Relations & Funding Area **as **Legal Intern**

**Posizione**:
**Main Activities**:

- Drafting and reviewing national and international contract lawyer, extraordinary transactions, litigation management
- Preparation of documentation for the Boards of Directors organization and for the the Board of Statutory Auditors meeting
- Group's internal business processes analysis
- Support the annual Audit Plan preparation
- Support for the correct performance of import/export activities of military materials and finished parts in compliance with the laws and regulations in force

**Requisiti**:
**Basic Requirements**:

- Law degree
