**Stiamo cercando un Product Designer che abbia voglia di mettersi in gioco e di affrontare ogni giorno nuove ed entusiasmanti sfide**:
**Cosa farai**:
- Guidare le fasi di progettazione dalla ricerca alla consegna
- Abbracciare la nostra cultura di sperimentazione del prodotto collaborando con il team di prodotto e di data per testare le soluzioni di progettazione A/B.
- Sostenere il cliente in tutte le fasi della sperimentazione, incorporando le intuizioni della ricerca qualitativa.
- Sostenere la leadership del design all’interno di un team di prodotto incentrato sulle funzionalità, collaborando con product manager, ricercatori, redattori e partner di progettazione per promuovere esperienze eccezionali per i clienti.
**Competenze richieste**:
- Esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in design del web e mobile (Android e iOS, comfort con i requisiti multipiattaforma)
- Esperienza di progettazione e prototipazione con Figma
- Atteggiamento proattivo, mentalità di crescita e capacità di mantenere uno stile di lavoro strutturato in un ambiente dinamico.
- Inglese fluente

- Colloquio tecnico, volto a valutare se le vostre competenze sono allineate con ciò che stiamo cercando;
- Colloquio finale, per verificare il fit culturale con la nostra realtà.
