Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

The EPC & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing our business with one of the top BH customer across all TPS products and services positioning all Global Sales.

As a **Climate Technologies Solutions - EPC & Partnerships Manager**, you will be responsible for:

- Being accountable to drive the identification, selection and development of EPC partners leveraging our existing relationships and targeting key new EPC’s that will help drive our success in the role out of CCUS, Geothermal, Hydrogen, Energy Storage & Emissions Management offerings.
- Creating a pipeline of strong EPC relationships to be prepared to roll out our current and future CTS products
- Leading a cross-functional task force consisting of product development, engineering and project management teams to establish evaluation and on-boarding process, as well as establish and drive an engagement timeline that meets business needs.
- Prioritizing our EPC partnership targets based on the value for each party, focusing on partnerships that create a strong market presence for Baker Hughes. Work with the commercial and legal teams to close collaboration terms with key EPC’s for near term projects.
- Managing healthy relationships both internal and external, balancing the needs and value for each party.
- Giving guidance to proposals based on technical, economical, logístical and financial aspects to create a successful customer/partnership outcome

- To be successful in this role you will:

- Have education from accredited university or college and sales experience with Users of Turbomachinery/Rotating equipment comprising:

- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
- Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization
- Have EPC or complex project management experience and knowledge of EPC GTM strategies
