Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for an **Junior Recruiter German Speaker** for Luxury and Retail to join the team working remotely.We work with some of the most reknown and prestigious Luxury and High Premium Fashion brands across Europe.

**We are looking for a Junior Recruiter German Speaker WORKING REMOTELY, with the following responsibilities**:

- Follow up and coordinate with Internal Clients
- Execute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviews
- Administer recruiting database and record keeping
- Produce and analyse recruiting reports and market mapping
- Be an ambassador of Luxe Talent

**Requirements of the Junior Recruiter German Speaker**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 1 years)
- Familiarity with HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be flexible and able to cope with changes and a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Autonomous, independent, responsible.
- **Fluent/Native German**:

- Fluent English, Spanish/Italian will be considered a strong plus.
