We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you won’t just be handling inbound leads, you’ll be actively selling, guiding prospective students through the decision-making process, and closing deals to fuel our rapid growth. If you’re competitive, thrive on hitting (and exceeding) targets, and have the hustle and resilience needed in a high-energy sales role, this is the opportunity for you.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Proactively engage with prospective students at peak response times (typically midday and evenings between 19:00-20:00).
- Conduct persuasive video consultations to highlight how our programs accelerate career success.
- Handle objections like a pro and drive urgency to ensure fast enrollment.
- Take ownership of weekly and monthly sales targets, we measure success in results, not effort.
- Work closely with your manager and team to optimize sales strategies and continuously improve performance.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- You’re a closer. You don’t just inform, you persuade, influence, and get the deal done.
- B2C sales experience (inside sales, consultative or solution selling preferred).
- You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Pressure? You love it.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, you know how to win people over.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
**What You Get**:
- Base Salary + Performance Bonuses:
- Fixed salary before tax: €17,940 per year
- Average bonuses before tax: €23,060 per year (uncapped earning potential)
- Total average annual earnings: €40,000+ (there is no limit)
- Performance-based flexibility with hybrid work model (2 remote days per week after a 3-month trial period)
- Prime Rome office location (Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Roma RM)
- 6-month contract with renewal based on results (CCNL ANINSEI LIVELLO III)
