Learning Management System Specialist
La risorsa verrà inserita in un team che si occupa della gestione di attività di supporto della piattaforma LMS (Learning Management System) Cornerstone, dedicata ai dipendenti (ente HR) per un importante cliente di Torino.
**Si richiede**:
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di piattaforme LMS come amministratore, con particolare attenzione alle seguenti attività:
Supporto del cliente sito negli USA, per recepire e implementare attraverso la configurazione del sistema, le specifiche di business richieste.
Caricamento in piattaforma di corsi online, contenuti multimediali, anagrafiche degli utenti, etc
Creazione delle credenziali e dei profili di accesso ai contenuti della piattaforma.
Gestione reporting per il monitoraggio dei dati di training.
Capacità di erogare training in presenza e da remoto (video call) per spiegare agli utenti come utilizzare specifiche funzionalità della piattaforma eLearning in base al profilo di utilizzo dell'utente finale.
Capacità di progettare e sviluppare manuali utente per l'utilizzo di specifiche funzionalità.
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MSOffice ed in particolare di Excel, per gestire analisi dei dati e realizzare presentazioni grafiche.
Capacità di effettuare query sul database per estrarre dati da analizzare.
Capacità di relazionarsi con il cliente ed i referenti degli enti interni per raccogliere le richieste di customizzazione delle funzionalità della piattaforma, analizzarle e fornire una soluzione coerente con i processi standard
