Your challenges

As project manager you will manage the execution of various Continuous Improvement projects across the organization with focus on the customer experience of the main stakeholders as End Users, Architects and Installers.
This position will place you in a role where you have the opportunity to make significant impact on the business supporting the project owners in their daily job and keeping the teams motivated and KPI oriented.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams as sales, CIC, legal, in an international environment to ensure the best possible client service solutions are deployed.

Your challenges:

- Ensure process improvements are transferred across relevant practice areas to maximize benefits,
- Manage customer centric projects from origination to completion with special focus on delivering effortless customer experiences,
- Plan, organize, manage and provide solutions on multi-faceted omnichannel projects,
- Report regularly on project status in order to promptly identify potential areas of risk or conflict,
- Coordinate both internal and external resources that participate in the projects,
- Orchestrate cross department collaboration, with focus on customer journey,
- Actively promote the sharing of knowledge.

Your qualifications

What will help you to be successful:

- Master Degree in Economics /Business or Engineering
- +4 years of working experience in this role (appreciated short experience in strategic consulting firms)
- Master of MS Excel, Project management and Agile (scrum e kanban) and Waterfall tools
- Fluent English and strong writing and communication skills
- Effectively communicate across stakeholders at multiple levels and in different functions
- Demonstrate the capabilities of managing multiple projects and developing timelines for complex projects. This includes ability to manage and measure work progress and communicate project status
- Willingness to travel
