DigiTran Technologies is a delivery-driven digital solutions firm offering cutting-edge software development, AI-powered automation, and technology consulting. We partner with startups and enterprises to build impactful digital products and services.
With strong systems and a delivery team already in place, we are now looking to expand the leadership team by onboarding a Managing Partner who will lead business development, sales strategy, and strategic growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for a driven individual who is ready to lead from the front, shape long-term growth, and work alongside a managing partner who oversees delivery and operations.
- Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a client acquisition pipeline
Lead B2B sales, outreach, and partnership development
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Represent DigiTran in meetings, presentations, and industry discussions
Identify growth opportunities and expand into new markets
Collaborate closely with the delivery partner on long-term planning
- Your Role Within the Leadership Team
As Managing Partner - Growth & Business Development, you will complement our existing leadership by owning all front-end business activities, while your counterpart focuses on project delivery, team management, and execution.
You will be given significant freedom and trust to shape the direction of business development and lead strategic initiatives aligned with company growth.
- What We’re Looking For
5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership
Experience in SaaS, software services, IT consulting, or technology solutions
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Proven record of generating leads and closing deals
Comfort with high responsibility and shared leadership
