This position reports to the Global Strategic Business Unit Vice President and hence offers a unique opportunity to be exposed to senior decisions and accelerate your learning and career.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct business analysis through market intelligence, competitive intelligence and the gathering of insights internally from the regions

Stay abreast on market trends, products and external research to identify opportunities

Support the coordination of cross-functional assessments and projects with Business Development Directors, Associate Director for Partnerships and Technical Directors

Engage with technical directors in the optimization of CAMPUS activities to the regions

**We Value**:
Food industry-relevant degree with a focus in business/ marketing studies or vice versa

Professional fluency in English and one other European language

Comfortable structuring ambiguity and complexity

Curiosity about the food and beverage industry and a passion for shaping the future
