**_ Job Summary_**

**_ Responsibilities and Duties_**
- _ Update GANTT chart for each program;_
- _ Help coordination of meeting and project review with customer;_
- _ Issue a risk register document with the project leader for each program;_
- _ Report status of the program, referring cost, timeline and quality of the work to head of program management;_
- _ Co-ordinate internal design review meetings;_
- _ Check status of financial department;_
- _ Check cost of warehouse;_
- _ Issue a monthly report on invoices, cost, and financial aspect for each program;_
- _ Issue a monthly report on KPI’s program;_

**_ Qualifications and Skills_**
- Required Skills_
- _ Degree in engineering;_
- _ Knowledge of contract and agreement rules;_
- _ Knowledge of basic lean management rules;_
- _ Basic rules of cost analysis;_
- _ Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Project) ;_
- _ B2 Knowledge level of English Language (written and spoken);_
- _ Problem solving;_
- Preferred Skills_
- _ Knowledge of AS/EN 9100 and EU 748/2012;_
- _ Knowledge of ECSS-M-ST-10C (space project management);_
- _ Knowledge of Inertial Navigation systems;_
