HR GENERALIST
La risorsa riporterà all’HR Manager ed il focus delle sue attività sarà sui principali processi HR: recruiting, management temporary workers, learning & development.

**Si occuperà di**:
Gestire le attività di recruiting and selection di profili blue collar e i rapporti con le Agenzie per il Lavoro per il personale in somministrazione
Gestire l’organizzazione del personale in somministrazione in collaborazione con i Production Manager
Assicurare un onboarding efficace per tutti i nuovi assunti (blue&white collar)
Gestire la formazione obbligatoria e continua collaborando con i fornitori
Aggiornare costantemente i database per la corretta gestione del personale
Supportare tutti i processi HR in collaborazione con l’HR Manager

**Requisiti**:
Neo laureato, preferibilmente in Human Resources Management/Giurisprudenza/Economia
Esperienza anche breve come HR Generalist
Skills interpersonali e comunicative
Ottime skills organizzative ed esecutive
Appassionato di tematiche HR
Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese, livello B2.

**Orario**: full time dal lunedì al venerdì
**Sede di Lavoro**: Fabriano (An)
**Tipologia inserimento**: Tirocinio formativo della durata di 6 mesi.
