What you’ll do:
- Join the Anti-Fraud Team and in particular in the business / management Operations reporting directly into Team Coordinator.- Have the opportunity to be involved in the following activities: identify suspicious transactions and fraudulent behavior reported through system alerts, customer service, or other sources; oversee the proper use of customers' gaming accounts concerning payment transactions and bonus usage (e.g., identifying 'bonus abusers'); prevent, anticipate, and monitor potential abuses aimed at benefiting from bonuses and various types of fraud; collaborate within the scope of your activities with colleagues from customer service and other involved teams, when required.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in the online gambling market;- A degree in economics (preferably), or diploma;- You are result-oriented, understand customers’ needs, and have a data-driven approach to problem solving; you are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;- Strong knowledge of digital experience insight tools;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
