PRODUCTION DATA ANALYST

About the client

Il ruolo
La risorsa dovrà supportare i reparti produttivi attraverso la reportistica, la gap analysis e la gestione di progetti finalizzati al miglioramento continuo dei risultati di produzione. Si occuperà anche di supportare progetti strategici e di sviluppare della cultura del Miglioramento Continuo.

Mansioni e responsabilità
Gestire e produrre dati di produzione;
Calcolo dei bonus di fabbrica sulla base dei dati di produzione dei reparti;
Fornire reportistica ai referenti dei team di produzione;
Ideare, gestire e innovare azioni di miglioramento o progetti incentrati sul miglioramento delle prestazioni di produzione;
Analizzare i dati e i KPI per individuare i team top performer e i team che performano in modo minore;
Supportare i team di produzione nell'analisi strutturata delle cause alla radice, ad esempio l'analisi dei guasti;
Controllo dei costi relativi alla propria area di responsabilità.

**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea in ambito economico/gestionale o formazione equivalente;
Preferenziale aver maturato esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ambito produttivo nel ruolo di analisi dati;
Preferibile conoscenza delle principali tecniche di miglioramento: SPC, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, ecc.;
Capacità di gestione dei progetti;
Eccellente conoscenza di Excel e del pacchetto office;
Inglese fluente che sarà utilizzato quotidianamente.

Offerta contrattuale
L’azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato
RAL di circa di 35.000€ - 40.000€
