**Role Overview**:
We are expanding our Advisory Board and urgently seeking action-driven Consumer Electronics Industry Experts who want to leverage their extensive networks to open doors and create opportunities in the **Banking Industry**. This role is perfect for senior professionals **with at least 15 years in senior roles within the industry**, offering a prestigious platform to share expertise and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Door Opener**: Use your extensive network to open doors for our Country Directors, facilitating introductions to potential clients.
- **Strategic Advisor**: Provide expert advice on how to best perform and generate more business in your industry and country.
- **Global Collaboration**: Participate in monthly video calls with other top professionals globally, sharing and hearing ideas and trends, enriching your perspective.
- **Business Development**: Advise on how to attack and grow business in your industry of expertise.
- **Networking**: Enjoy exclusive dinners with other Industry Advisors, our CEO, President, and Country Directors, and network with other top professionals in your country.

**Requirements**:

- **Industry Experience**: Extensive experience in senior roles **(15+ years)** within the Banking Industry, with a strong track record of success. *Not having this qualification makes you ineligible for the role.
- **Entrepreneurial Mindset**: You leverage your networks effectively, identifying and seizing opportunities, and providing actionable insights that will drive our business growth.
- **Industry Contacts**: Strong C-level contacts in the Banking Industry.
- **Skills**: Problem solving, mentorship mindset, communication skills, strategic thinking, industry expertise, negotiation skills, financial acumen and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships
- **Flexible Availability**: Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are advantageous.

**Compensation**:

- **Earnings**: Up to €150,000 per year in commissions based on performance.
