**Group R2R Process Owner**:

As part of ABB E-mobility’s strategic growth ambitions incl. IPO (Initial Public Offering) on a leading stock exchange. As Global Process Owner you will be part of the Group Finance Team Lead for leading and driving the build-up of Record to Report process. As a Finance Business Partners you are forward looking, a value creator and a co-pilot finance managers, that leverages on strong functional competencies. In this role you will closely work with and engage with business and finance leaders to ensure efficient solution and proper coverage of R2R matters across the Group entities.

**This position reports to**:
Accounting and Internal Controls Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Designing and Building-up the Group accounting and reporting processes in close cooperation with all Group Functions and within all Group entities.
- Designing an effective and efficient accounting and reporting processes to support E-mobility business, by also ensuring a smooth transition during the separation process and while overseeing proper execution of service level agreements set with ABB. Group functions.
- Serving as an R2R process expert to deliver faster and more accurate financial information, greater performance visibility, and enhanced compliance.
- Assisting countries in defining and implementing robust R2R processes by also ensuring internal controls compliance.
- Performing deep Balance Sheet review in the countries, by also ensuring accounts reconciliation and aged items monitoring process for proper discrepancies/anomalies resolution process.
- Serving as an escalation point for complex accounting transactions.
- Assisting in developing and implementing processes and procedures, and continuously optimizing to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.
- Managing Finance Master Data.
- Building new and robust processes from scratch.
- Harmonizing accounting and reporting processes / systems across the entities.
- Strong communication and transparency across all the teams.
- Ensuring a set-up that manages smoothly all aspects, allowing the business to focus to the maximum on business topics.

**Your background**:

- At least 7 years professional experience in Financial Accounting function of a global company, with a strong focus on Accounting & Reporting.
- Sound knowledge of International Accounting Standards (US-GAAP is a plus).
- Managing diverse teams in executing and delivering results in an international environment within tight deadlines.
- Ability to navigate complex financial topics and translate results into recommendations for senior leadership.
- A University degree (Bachelor/Master) plus further professional qualification.
- Advanced attitude in problem solving, including the ability see the big picture and to logically structure and implement an appropriate operational framework.
- Continuous improvements oriented.
- Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO, others modules is a plus.
- Hands on, action orientated, team player.
- Fluency in English.
