Project Development Manager Solar & Wind (f/m/d)

Locations: Milan (Lombardy), Rome (Lazio)

**Your responsibilities**:

- In-depth knowledge of project development stages, including permitting, land contracts, and grid connections, with a proven track record in utility-scale solar or wind projects up to financial investment decision
- Strong project management skills, including the use of tools, detailed reporting, and long-term planning
- Technical expertise in wind and solar projects, including CAD, GIS, and Office tools, with experience in the Italian regulatory framework and permitting
- Familiarity with financial tools and concepts, and excellent communication and presentation skills in international, multicultural settings
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, with a resilient, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to learning
