YOOX are now seeking a talented Social Media Editor to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Italy, Office in Milan
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Coordination of all the social media assets through the different tools and social media channels
- Together with our inhouse-teams as well as vendors, dealers and others coordinate and organize digital assets for use on Social channels
- Ensure proper relationship with internal and external teams (creative team, creative agency, pr&comms team) coordinating the SM content
- Coordinate the different project's streams, ensuring consistence in the SM calendar
- Schedule and maintain updated the SM calendar, working in partnership with the rest of the team
- Build and manage an engaged community thinking of social as a way to interact and improve what our followers ask us. Keep always active the dialog with the Customer Care and Customer Service
- Always be updated on new trends and tools in the digital world and constantly test new approaches to increase our digital presence
The type of person we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in Social Media field
- Mandatory: advanced knowledge of the main social media channels (Ig, TikTok, Fb, TW, YT, Pinterest,Snapchat)
- Experience working with Jira project management tools
- Fluent Italian, fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage all the requests in order to meet delivery dates
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
